Dave Carlson Dave Carlson - President

The captain of our ship leads by example. Never one to ask anything of anyone he would not do himself, Dave is a tireless worker who has tremendous vision. "There is only one way to do anything, the right way - and do it quickly" While legions of satisfied customers have purchased everything from chain saws, dune buggies, lawn mowers, boats, cars, snowmobiles, truck caps and trailers from "Dealer Dave" over the years, you won't see him near the showroom anymore. Nowadays you can find him working on one of his many dump trucks or graders, all greasy and grinning ear to ear. In the unlikely event he is not working, you can find him cruising around on his motorcycle or floating somewhere relaxing on one of his boats.

Dan Carlson Dan Carlson - Manager

Being the "first born", it seems like Dan was being groomed to provide his dad Dave his retirement since birth. Working at the shop as soon as he could walk, Dan has been given the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up. "Treat others like you would like to be treated yourself, and everything else will fall into place. By providing great service, excellent prices, and a huge selection will keep your customers happy and coming back. Customers for life is what it is all about." After hours Dan enjoys playing hockey and baseball, racing and tuning snowmobiles, riding his motorcycle, boating, NFL football and fantasy pools of any sport.

Dale Carlson Dale Carlson - Arctic Cat / RV Service Manager

One of a small handful of Cat Master Gold Technicians in all of Canada, Dale has achieved the highest level of certification possible for both ATV's and Snowmobiles, and it shows. His customers spend less time in the shop and more time on the trail than any other dealership. He is well respected by corporate Arctic Cat, and can often be found helping other dealers solve tricky problems. Away from work, he enjoys performing music with his wife, and spending time with his young daughter and (many) pets.

Elizabeth Aitken Elizabeth Aitken - Project Manager

Being the Boss's daughter brings responsibility and accountability. After growing up in the business, and perfecting the accounting division, Lovely Liz is attacking our RV parts department to make it better. With the help of Nelson, together they are doing an extremely great job of making sure our customers are able to navigate our showroom easier, find what they want more quickly, and buying more efficiently so our customers are getting the best price we can negotiate! Sounds good? Drop in for a visit and see for yourself. She enjoys spending time with her 2 little boys (Cat racers in waiting) and husband Dave (who is responsible for this fantastic website). If you are lucky, you can catch her amazing voice as she leads music for her church on Sundays.

Willy Dave Willms (aka: Willy) - Assistant General Manager / RV Sales

Working his way up the ranks since 1975, many say that there is nothing that Willy has not seen or doesn't know when it comes to your camper (or anything else for that matter!). Our longest tenured employee, other than Mr. Carlson himself, he is a key reason for our success and has many loyal customers who rely on his wealth of knowledge. Willy likes camping so much he spends his winters in a motorhome... in Florida!

Ray Seguin Ray Seguin - Office Manager / Sales

After graduating from college in 2004, Ray stepped right in and showed his talent by doing a bit of everything. Selling RV's, ATV's, Snowmobiles, Cargo trailers, extended warranty and any associated parts, Ray can do it all. When the need arose to fill in the accounting department, he preformed admirably there too, and he found himself a home (between customers that is). Ray enjoys whipping people at pool, and defying gravity by racing competitively with his DVX.

Sean Heintz Sean Heintz - Parts / Sales

An absolute pleasure to be around, Sean's ability to learn quickly have made him a valuable asset to our company. Not afraid of any task, he shows his confidence and willingness to take on any job with 100% effort all the time. His smiling face and team player attitude always brighten your day, no matter how greased up he gets. Ask him about his motorcycle and watch him light up! Between racking up miles on his bike, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and camping, it is possible to catch him at home (if you are lucky).

Kevin Reece Kevin Reece - RV Technician

When you have the diversified experience like "Mr. Q", no challenge is too big. Quiet and efficient, Kevin has nearly completed the challenging RV training course and it shows in his quality workmanship and attention to detail. His training in both the manufacturing and service sectors make all his customers satisfied by a job well done. Kevin likes to watch car racing and fixing broken computers.

Christine Osborne Christine Osborne - Accounting

Christine's attention to detail and willingness to tackle and finish every job given to her, made her a natural fit to fill our full time accounting department. Dependable, cheery, organized and timely are all the attributes that her position requires, and she fits it to a "T". When not wrapping her mind around numbers, she enjoys scrapbooking and spending time with her young family

Kevin Meisenheimer Kevin Meisenheimer - Maintenance

Often compared to superheroes like Flash Gordon or Superman, "Super Kev" is the key to ensure the boys are operating efficiently. Ensuring a clean and safe workplace, he is always willing to help others and make sure our customers are getting the best service possible. If you have purchased a camper from us recently, chances are it was Kevin who made it look shinny and better than new. Kevin is an accomplished musician (recorded CD's and all!), and also enjoys "depleting the trout population" on his time off.

Mark Webster Mark Webster - Finance Manager

Always smiling and a delight to be around, Mark's business experience and passion for customer satisfaction make him an absolute perfect fit. If you want the guaranteed best possible deal when it comes to financing your new toys, it is impossible to go wrong with Mark in your corner. He will represent you like you are the only customer in the world. When he is not wrapping his head around numbers, you can find him wrapping his hands around golf clubs, baseball bats, a fishing rod or the handlebars of his ATV. His wife and 2 small children.

Glen McAnaul Glen McAnaul - Arctic Cat Sales / Parts Specialist

If there was ever a person born for his job, you are looking at him! Super Glens passion for ATV's, Snowmobiles and anything else with a (preferably modified) engine shows - every day he comes to work. His life experiences at both work and play make customer interaction a breeze because they are always speaking the same language. In his own words "I love this industry - and to do what you love every day it's awesome". Does it get any better than that? Its absolutely impossible. Glen is everything we look for when assembling an "All-Star Staff". Does the apple fall far from the tree? Not in this case, as his young daughter just loves going 4 wheeling with daddy, and if you dont find him outside riding, hunting (with his Dad) or fishing, the tube will be dialled into Hot Rod TV, Truck Universe, or any other related Extreme programming! Anyone surprised? Welcome home Glen!

Wayne Williams Wayne Williams - RV Service Tech

Wayne's considerable experience with electrical and carpentry work, combined with his ability to learn new tasks quickly, have allowed him to become our flooring expert. A skill unto its own, he can zip up many disasters without thinking twice about it, and is still able to lend a hand to whoever needs one. Sometimes, a Toronto Maple Leafs fan needs a distraction, and fortunately for Wayne his wife and 2 children are the love of his life (and they help take his mind off another non-playoff season). Some day Wayne...some day.

Melissa Abraham Melissa Abraham - Reception/Administration Assistant

If you have ever called our dealership or came in for a visit, chances are you have been pleasantly greeted by cheerful Melissa! Always sporting a big ear to ear smile with the happy disposition to match, Melissa is exactly the first impression we want to make with our customers. When she is not catering your every need, you can find her buried under a pile of projects from the boys - which she always willingly accepts and finishes with care. Like most of our staff, she is the out-doorsy type, and you would have a better chance of finding her out "Jeeping" through a mud-hole somewhere in the bush with her new husband Dave, out camping, or bonding with her mom driving around town, then you would find her in front of the TV. BTW, "do not get between her and Kawartha Dairy ice cream", especially if it is Black Raspberry Thunder...you could find yourself in a big scoop of trouble!

Chris McLaren Chris McLaren - Arctic Cat Service Tech

Chris has been an absolute pleasure to be around since day one! With a diversified background in many related fields, he is confident in attacking new challenges with zest and nothing seems to faze him. Not only is his work superior, but his personality is always upbeat and positive. His big smile and eagerness to get customers back out on the trail is a win-win situation for both our customers and the dealership. When not spinning wrenches here, you are likely to find him working his magic on his girlfriends 2010 Sno-Pro 500. In her first year of racing, Tracey and Chris teamed up to win the championship on the Trail Sport class (when you are good, youre good and great job Tracey!). Together they also enjoy riding sport bikes or spending time at either of their familys cottages. Eventually Chris will get his pilots license (his father is an experienced pilot and his brother will have his license completed soon) and cottage commuting will be a whole lot easier and fun! Chris is a great guy to know in more ways than one :)

Dave Curley Dave Curley - Red Seal Technician

Curley (aka: the "black blur") moves like he is jet powered! His energy is contagious, and his "do anything" attitude make it seem like he fell to us from the heavens. He earned his Red Seal Technician status while being employed at the Hitch House in Barrie and his impressive resume make him a key cog in our service wheel that ensures 100% customer satisfaction. We couldnt be more excited to have him, and look forward to having this ace here for many years to come. On the rare occasion he is not dazzling us with his workmanship, you can find him and his wife racing battery operated remote control cars and boats (the collection is up to 8 now), at speeds that reach 55 mph! He loves camping, ATVing and snowmobiling imagine that! If his mug looks familiar, you may remember seeing him in magazine articles. In his "younger days" he was very involved in high performance car audio, and actually was a part of a group that set a world record in Daytona Beach with a 1985 Civic. He was the handsome one on the cover :)

Dan Routley Dan Routley - Red Seal Technician

Quick learning and a great work ethic have made Danno one of our best. Accomplished training in propane, gas, and having completed the highest level of RV training (RVDA RED SEAL), he has the skills and knowledge to get the job done right and on time. When not solving our customers needs (or pinch hitting with Dale for Cat help), Dan enjoys wakeboarding and tubing behind his boat, as well as hockey, snowboarding and watching sports of all sorts on TV.

David Aitken David Aitken - Webmaster/I.T. Expert

Often referred to as "the glue that holds us together" or "Omnipotent All Powerful One", Super Dave is not only responsible for this beautiful website you are looking at, but he keeps our computers and basically "all things electronic" working properly so we can effectively communicate with our suppliers and most importantly "you", our customers. Without Super Dave, life would be very frustrating! This dude can often fix our problems through cyberspace without even being here; kind of like magic! When not repairing monumental disasters with a couple simple strokes of his keyboard, you will find Daddy Dave enjoying time with his wife Elizabeth and 2 little busy boys, making decisions as a church board member, playing games (when time permits), and even building computers. Many of our employees are "motorized gear-heads", and I am not sure if there is an equivalent term in the electronic world, but if there is; Dave is that guy. Keeping up to date on the latest technology is an understatement. Get him rolling on some computer talk and within minutes he will start talking about stuff you didn't even think was possible = old news to him. We love you brother!
